Today I started with a Dukan Galette and a cup of coffee. I really enjoy the Dukan Galette just mix one egg with two tablespoons of fat-free yoghurt, 1 1/2 tablespoons of oat bran and some sweetener. Then fry it in a non-stick pan. It really fills you up and tastes fine. I must say I'm glad Dukan allows sweetener, even though it not really the solution since you really feel like wanting to eat sugar, it still helps get over the instant craving and once you're on your way on the day, you'll be fine due to distractions.
For lunch I made a beef goulash. And for dinner I had salmon and a boiled egg. So far so good. I also went swimming for an hour, so sport check
I feel quite alright, so I guess it was a good first day.
